Following on a two year collaboration with the University of Essex's Human Rights Legal Clinic, we will publicly release our joint report on Special Forces Oversight. This report is a comparative study of the UK's defence oversight and transparency system and its gaps as it relates to oversight and accountability of its Special Operations and Special Forces units, in comparison to other systems employed by UK allies, including the United States and Australia. A House of Lords debate will be proposed shortly, with hope for a scheduled date in late October.
